There are three principal types of flavorings used in foods: Natural, Nature- Identical & Artificial.
Natural flavours are Flavouring substances obtained from plant raw materials, by physical, microbiological or enzymatic processes. They can be either used in their natural state or processed for human consumption, but cannot contain any nature-identical or artificial flavouring substances.

Yes, our Flavoured Teas contain ONLY Natural Flavours. These flavours are sourced from the most renowned and leading players in the Flavours & Fragrances industry in India & abroad.

4. Are Flavoured Teas harmful for health?
Our Flavoured Teas contain Natural Flavours. As we have mentioned, they do not contain any chemical formulations like Artificial Flavours do. So rest assured, what you are going to relish is by no means harmful to your health.

5. Your Teas are very expensive from others in the league?
Our Spice Teas are flavoured with Natural flavourants (Spices) from nature. Be it Cloves or Cinnamon or Saffron or any other Spice, we make sure that only the best is used in the making of your product. 6. We do not have a store in our area that sells your products. How can I get them?
Our Teas can be door-delivered to you. All you need to do is call us or e-mail us about your requirement & we shall let you know the cost for getting the products to you. We might charge you nominally for sending the products across. (We will definitely let you know about it prior to your confirmation- Rest assured, No Hidden Costs.) And then all you need to do is send us a Cheque Payable In Mumbai or in any of the branches of our bank in your city. Your Teas shall be dispatched within 2 working days.

7. We would like to Gift your Teas in Gift packs but in a combination of our choice?
We would be more than happy to serve you with our Gift pack in a combination of your choice. Let us know about the combination of your choice, the number of gift sets you would require and we shall arrange for the packs accordingly. It is just during major festive seasons like Diwali (For the Indian market) & Christmas (For the overseas markets) that we may not be able to suffice.

8. I would like to send a Gift pack to one of my Friends / Relatives/ Associates. But I wouldn’t be able to send it myself?
You need not bother. We can send the Gift Packs on your behalf. We will have to charge you an additional courier charge that shall be charged at actuals.
